RECIPES YOU CAN FOLLOW
Up To 10 Servings
A cup of your best quality semi-sweet chocolate.
1/4 cup of cocoa powder (I used Hersey Cocoa Powder).
3/4 cup of all-propose flour.
3/4 cup of unsalted butter (you can use salted, but we are adding salt)
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cup of granulated sugar (costumer didn't want to much, so here I used only a cup)
1 TSP of salt
1 TSP of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 350* F,
USE baking spray on a pan (I used a 13x9), or use parchment paper,
CUT up the cup of chocolate into smaller pieces (so you can have the oozing effect), ALSO SAVE SOME CHOCOLATE!!
GET a large bowl, mix all your DRY ingredients,
MIX OR BEAT wet ingredients until fluffy, MELT LEFT OVER CHOCOLATE into the wet ingredients,
DONT OVER MIX!
FOLD all your wet and dry ingredients including the chunks.
ADD into pan,
BAKE FOR 23-30 minutes, DONT' bake all the way, make sure it is a bit wet but NOT TO MUCH so it can cook through once you let it out to sit.
NOW YOU HAVE DELICIOUS BROWNIES!
